National Science Teachers Association

NSTA was founded in 1944 and is the largest organization in the world committed to promoting excellence and innovation in science teaching and learning for all. NSTA's membership includes science teachers, science supervisors, administrators, scientists, business and industry representatives, and others involved in and committed to science education.


Connecticut Science Supervisors Association

Our sister organization: CSSA -members include elementary science resource teachers, department chairpersons, principals, and other educators who are involved in improving all levels of science instruction. Conferences, newsletters, and meetings focus on what's new, interesting and important in science education.


Southeastern New England Marine Educators Association (SENEME)

Founded in 1983, Southeastern New England Marine Educators (SENEME) is a professional association of individuals and organizations devoted to the cause of marine education in Connecticut and Rhode Island. SENEME is a regional chapter of the National Marine Educators Association (NMEA), an organization that brings together those interested in the study and enjoyment of the world of water, both fresh and salt.
